financial aid meeting presented by Katie Nettell, Financial Aid Director at
Lake Region State College.
All
seniors are advised to complete the FAFSA, Free Application for Federal
Student Aid sooner than later after October 1, 2018. The application is available at
fafsa.gov
Dual credit assistance is available
to high school Sophomores, Juniors and
Seniors for up to two classes each year. Bank of North Dakota funds this program.
Eligibility is required.
College Save 529 New Baby Match is a fund for education, if
a family deposits $200 to start a fund for education within the first year of

ND Families 529 match program with the Bank of North Dakota

Every Senior can apply
for the state ND Dollars for Scholars State Scholarship. We do not need to be affiliated with a local Dollars for Scholars chapter. The application
is available on the Bank of North Dakota website.
Real Deal Scholarship for Seniors, eight scholarships are drawn each month, the earlier seniors apply the greater
the chances are to receive one of these scholarships. At the end of the year, the 48 winners are put into a drawing for a $3,000
